The trombone series Sinfonietta Classic by Helmut Voigt is a new development for the trombone group of the Staatskapelle Dresden. The background was the creation of instruments that correspond to the sound of classical trombones. However, the characteristics of historical models have been improved in terms of response, intonation and homogeneous sound. The look was designed according to models of the classical era. The location of the bell is at the 3rd slide position.
